Longevity Partners is a multi-disciplinary energy and sustainability consultancy and investment business established in 2015 to support the transition to a low-carbon economy in the UK, Europe, and worldwide.
The company is recruiting an ambitious Senior Sustainability Consultant to provide technical support for new development projects, focusing on managing and delivering green building certifications across our global offices. This role involves working on impactful projects at the global level to create long-term value and enhance sustainability performance for businesses. The position is primarily based in our London office, with flexibility to work from other offices.

The Senior Consultant is Responsible for:
* Managing environmental assessments using third-party methodologies such as BREEAM, DGNB, HQM, LEED, and WELL for new constructions and refurbishments, providing design advice throughout;
* Overseeing global certification processes, including reporting, technical tool optimization, and delivery;
* Understanding clients’ sustainability impacts and carbon footprints to advise on ambitious reduction targets;
* Challenging and providing insights on future trends and the value of sustainability to businesses;
* Managing analyst and consultant workloads to meet deadlines;
* Producing reports and providing guidance to clients and project teams; and
* Supporting pitches and tenders to expand certification services globally.
The successful individual will have:
* A master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred);
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data for decision-making;
* Experience with Green Building Certifications such as BREEAM, DGNB, WELL, and/or LEED; certifications like BREEAM assessor, BREEAM AP, WELL AP, LEED AP are desirable;
* Proven project management experience and excellent communication skills;
* Extensive experience in building design and construction, ideally internationally;
* Attention to detail and accuracy in all work;
* The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
* Willingness to take ownership and leadership of the certification service line.
