We are recruiting for a Sous Chef to join the kitchen of a bold, design-led hotel and restaurant in Beaconsfield.

What we are looking for
A strong Sous Chef or an experienced Junior Sous Chef ready to step up
A solid restaurant background with a focus on quality-led cooking
Rosette experience would be highly valued
Someone confident with fresh food, service, and high standards
A chef who leads by example and enjoys developing junior team members
Calm, organised, and comfortable in a busy professional kitchen
