Overview
Bank Recovery Worker, Zero Hours, £12.21 p/h plus rolled up holiday pay. The role involves shifts of Monday to Friday 5pm to 11pm and 1 day at the weekend 12pm to 11pm. Working days to vary on a rota basis.

About the Role
The Recovery Worker will provide key worker support to a specified number of service users, including one to one face to face support as well phone, video, and text support. Carrying out needs assessments of clients choosing to engage within the service and prioritise needs effectively. This role is responsible for carrying out individual safety and support planning within organisational and legislative requirements. Please note that all roles at KPG require a satisfactory DBS check.
Key Tasks
* Client Support & Coordination
o Ensure all aspects of working clients are fulfilled within agreed timescales and quality standards.
o Liasing with other external agencies, complementary therapies, and community groups on behalf of people who use our services.
* Safeguarding
o Contribute to protecting individuals from the risk of abuse and harm, both to themselves and others using services.
* Teamwork & Collaboration
o Work as part of a team, sharing information and providing support to colleagues, including volunteers and trainees.
o Engage in regular team meeting and discussions to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
* Record Keeping and Documentation
o Maintain accurate records as per company policy and procedures utilising appropriate paper and electron systems.
o Keep up to date details of services activities and outcomes in charity logs, always ensuring transparency and accountability.
* Relationship Building
o Build rapport with service users based on respect and honesty, offering support and trustworthy environment for their recovery journey.
