Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with a friendly and professional approach.
* Process customer orders efficiently and monitor stock levels to ensure timely delivery.
* Manage core customer data to maintain accurate records.
* Review wash plans daily and update orders for effective planning.
* Plan demand and supply to meet customer needs.
* Resolve depot errors and correct systems and reports for accuracy.
* Reconcile depot recollection variances and balance customer orders.
* Address customer complaints with tact and urgency.
* Process recollection entries on SAP daily to maintain seamless operations.
* Maintain and issue various internal reports weekly and monthly to track performance.
* Book transport as needed to ensure smooth logistics.
* Adapt to changing service needs and perform other duties as required.
What We're Looking For
* SAP Experience: Familiarity with SAP is desirable to help streamline processes.
* Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in MS Excel, including pivot tables and formulas, to analyse and handle data effectively.
* Adaptability: Ability to work both remotely and in the office, balancing tasks and priorities.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to provide top-notch customer service.
* Problem-Solving Ability: A proactive approach to resolving issues and enhancing customer satisfaction.
