Our admin team plays a crucial role in running a seamless, efficient service for all our clients and visitors. What you'll do: Be the first impression: Greet all visitors and customers with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a 5-star experience. Direct and connect: Ensure guests are seamlessly connected to the right departments or team members while adhering to visitor management protocols. Elevate the experience: Deliver outstanding service across all touchpoints, from hospitality to workplace support and meeting room setup.
