Base Salary: £37,152
The base salary is achieved on an average 40-hour workweek.
Top performers can earn upwards of OTE £60,000!

You’ll be the friendly face of the UK’s largest motoring organisation. To our members, you’re the superhero. Ready for anything, you’ll be there for them, anytime, anywhere, in any weather. You’ll get their day moving again, building confidence for drivers now and in the future.
What will I be doing?
* Communicator: Master of diagnostics and customer delight. Share knowledge clearly, making customers feel safe and cared for.
* Self-starter: Work independently and as part of a team, driving to various locations in all weather conditions.
* Problem solver: Use your technical expertise to fix vehicles roadside or recover them to a garage, enabling customers to continue their day.
What do I need?
* NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience
* Full category B driving licence with 6 points or less
* Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
