Job - Lecturer - Childcare, Health and Social Care (3 part time roles available)
Holiday: 42 days per annum plus Bank Holidays (pro rata)
Location: Broxbourne Campus

About the Role
We are looking for an inspirational Lecturer with excellent organisational and programme management skills.

* Lead on course planning, coordination, assessment, and evaluation
* Work collaboratively with academic teams to ensure courses run smoothly and effectively

About You
You will bring:
* An Initial Teacher Training qualification (PTTLS/DTLLS) or the willingness to work towards one
* Demonstrable experience within Childcare/Health and Social Care setting or teaching experience in subject specialism in an FE/HE environment
* GCSEs C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent)
* Experience of working with or supporting young people aged 16-19 along with those with additional needs
* A real passion for creating positive learning experiences

Other Details
We have 3 roles available covering part‑time hours ranging from 18 to 28.8 hours per week with various weekday schedules and lunch breaks.
All positions subject to a DBS clearance check.
