Job Description
A well-established and highly respected architecture practice is seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-focused Practice Operations Coordinator to play a key role within its studio team. This is a pivotal position supporting the Directors, project teams, and Practice Coordinator, ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the practice.
The successful candidate will act as a central point of contact for the studio, providing high-quality administrative, operational, and PA support while contributing to the professional presentation and culture of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for the practice, managing telephone communications, responding to enquiries, and welcoming clients and visitors.
Ensure reception and meeting spaces are consistently presented to a high professional standard and prepared for meetings.
Provide administrative support across project teams, including conducting regular audits within the document management system.
Process expenses, coordinate team purchases and training bookings, and provide ad hoc administrative support to Directors.
Deliver PA support to Directors, including diary management, travel coordination, and preparation of materials for meetings and presentations.
