Project Manager - Engineering (12-month FTC)
Location: Central Bristol / Hybrid
Salary: £37,310 - £53,300 (dependent on experience)
This role is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract with the opportunity to grow within the team. Other permanent opportunities may arise as the company expands.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
* Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects
* Liaise with suppliers and external partners to ensure timely delivery of components and materials to the manufacturing site
* Anticipate risks and act proactively to mitigate, address, or escape them
* Report project metrics to key stakeholders and provide high‑level visibility
About You

* Strong project engineering & production management experience within a manufacturing/engineering environment; OR
* Experience in project management, with some of it in a technical role or exposure to production environments (e.g., operations management, manufacturing, tooling, operations, or assembly design)
* The ability to work across multi‑discipline projects
* Leadership and the ability to drive delivery and motivate the team to deliver project requirements
* Proven experience working on projects in a fast‑paced environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to deliver at pace and complete projects within a set duration and budget
