Teaching Personnel are seeking enthusiastic and adaptableSupply Teachersto work across a variety of secondary schools in Lancaster.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in different school environments, covering lessons acrossKey Stages 3 and 4, with potential opportunities inKey Stage 5. You’ll be expected to manage classrooms effectively and maintain a positive learning environment in line with each school’s behaviour policies.
About the Role:
* Work across a wide range ofmainstream secondary schoolswithin the Fylde Coast & Preston areas.
* Teach students aged11–16(KS3 & KS4), with potential to coverPost-16(KS5) depending on school
* Be confident in managing behaviour and ensuring students remain on task
* Flexible working patterns available –full-time or part-timeto suit your availability
* Ideal forgraduatesor aspiring teachers looking to gain classroom experience before pursuing teacher training
* All lesson plans and resources will be provided – your role is to deliver the lesson and maintain engagement
* Cover a variety of subjects depending on school needs
* Build strong relationships with students and staff, contributing to a positive school culture
Contract Details:

* Pay:From£110-£150 per day(depending on experience and responsibilities)
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recent experience working with children/young people in a school setting
* Strong communication and classroom management skills
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable with a positive attitude
* A genuine passion for supporting the learning and development of young people

* Have theRight to Work in the UK
* Hold achild-only enhanced DBSon theUpdate Serviceor be willing to apply for a new one
* Providetwo professional references, preferably school-based

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
