Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telemarketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our services, and generating leads through effective communication. This role requires a strong understanding of B2C sales and the ability to utilise CRM software, including Salesforce, to track interactions and manage customer relationships. Fluency in English is essential.
Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our services.
* Utilise CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage leads and document interactions.
* Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers through effective communication.
* Identify customer needs and tailor pitches accordingly to maximise engagement.
* Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls made and leads generated.
* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless follow-up on leads generated through telemarketing efforts.
* Provide feedback on customer responses to help refine marketing strategies.
Requirements
* Proven experience in telemarketing or B2C sales is preferred.
* Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Greenlight CRM, is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
