📍 North London | 💰 £60,000 – £75,000 + Bonus | 🏡 Hybrid – 2 Days WFH
Join a growing multidisciplinary consultancy with a reputation for quality, flexibility, and career progression. You’ll be delivering projects across residential, education, healthcare, and commercial sectors, with clients largely based within the M25.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chartered (or nearly Chartered) Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of projects from inception through to completion, supported by a collaborative team and a modern hybrid setup.

* Lead cost management across all project stages
* Produce cost estimates at concept, scheme & detailed design stage
* Prepare tender & contract documents
* Advise on contractual claims & disputes
* Work closely with clients to establish project requirements
