Who are TPS?
TPS provides independent garages and bodyshops with high-quality Genuine Parts and products needed to service and repair Volkswagen Group vehicles. TPS is part of the Volkswagen Group, which includes Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Volkswagen passenger cars, and Commercial Vehicles. TPS operates a national network of Centres with a workforce of 1,500 employees, fostering a motivating and inclusive workplace focused on learning and development.
Launched in 2006, TPS operates on an Agency Model, selling on behalf of Volkswagen Group UK. The brand has experienced rapid growth in both revenue and the number of Centres nationwide.
What will you be doing?
As Centre Manager, you will lead and motivate your team to meet business goals, ensure excellent customer service, develop strategic plans, and oversee all processes for a successful TPS Centre.
* Achieve Centre targets and business objectives
* Translate sales targets into departmental goals and set challenging but achievable objectives
* Motivate, recognize, and incentivize the team
* Create Personal Development Plans and monitor progress
* Develop a Manpower Plan and succession strategy
* Foster a customer-centric culture
* Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
* Implement sales strategies to increase revenue
* Monitor business performance and identify improvement opportunities
* Analyze market data to identify sales opportunities
* Meet business plans and budgets, control costs, and maintain Gross Margin levels
* Ensure compliance with standards, legal, financial, and ethical guidelines
* Maintain effective stakeholder relationships
* Ensure the security of stock and premises
