Role Overview
The role of Maintenance Manager will be as follows:
* Develop, mentor and lead an established team of engineers.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement to improve reliability of assets.
* Ensure all data is correctly recorded and reported to meet audit and PPM requirements.
* Manage third‑party contractors, setting expected working standards for completed work.
* Assist project teams with short‑ and long‑term projects, providing engineering technical expertise.
* Identify ways to reduce cost across the site, driving root cause analysis.
* Manage the team using KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
* Work closely with technical, production, hygiene and H&S to build strong relationships.
Experience & Background Required
* Experienced manager.
* Prior experience in an engineering, manufacturing or FMCG related environment.
* Relevant engineering qualification.
