Job Title – Account Manager (Office Based)
Salary: £32,000 - 35,000 pa DOE
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with our key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their unique needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional broadband solutions.

Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their evolving needs and challenges
Account Growth and Retention:
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling broadband services to existing clients.
Develop account expansion strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Implement retention initiatives to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with technical support, operations, and sales teams to address client needs and resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate with marketing teams to communicate new products, promotions, and service updates to clients.
Forecasting and Reporting:
Provide accurate and timely forecasts of account revenue and track performance against targets.
Prepare regular reports on key account metrics, highlighting trends and opportunities.
