Alecto Recruitment is partnering exclusively with an expanding company that develops Renewable Energy solutions globally who are looking for a Project development Manager to deliver their ongoing projects.
Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Project Development Manager who combines strong project management skills with a solid engineering background. This role is ideal for someone who understands the technical interfaces between complex renewable energy equipment for pyrolysis systems.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end management of renewable energy projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand system requirements and manage technical interfaces between components.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors to align milestones, resolve technical challenges, and ensure smooth project execution.
Oversee the integration and commissioning of biomass boilers, pyrolysis units, and related renewable systems, ensuring compliance with all technical specifications and safety standards.
Apply established project management methodologies to plan, monitor, and control project progress, including risk and issue management.
Manage all financial, technical, and commercial aspects of project contracts.
Lead procurement and vendor management, ensuring suppliers and subcontractors meet agreed milestones and performance standards.
Conduct site visits and technical inspections to verify installation quality and ensure successful project delivery.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the renewable energy sector, ideally with exposure to biomass, pyrolysis, or related technologies.
Strong engineering background with the ability to understand and manage complex technical interfaces.
Demonstrated experience in budget control, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
Practical knowledge of biomass boilers, pyrolysis systems, or other renewable energy technologies is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with industry standards, contract management, procurement processes, and relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Based within commuting distance of Maidenhead, with flexibility for occasional travel to project sites.
