Phantom Works is seeking a Senior Engineering Tech Specialist to join the Phantom Works Systems Engineering and Integration Team in Berkeley, MO. This role supports an exciting proprietary program critical to Boeing and our DoD Customers. The selected candidate will work with SMEs across the program to develop a complex and highly integrated weapons system, embracing Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Digital Engineering strategies.
The candidate will assist senior Systems Engineers and Product Lifecycle Management Engineers in routine Systems Engineering, Configuration Management, and Data Management tasks. They will be responsible for managing large volumes of data from various sources, emphasizing organization, process documentation, and quality results.
Position Responsibilities
* Assist with Requirements management tasks and maintain the MBSE database.
* Update and maintain Product Lifecycle Management and Systems Engineering artifacts to ensure requirements allocation and traceability.
* Contribute to the development, documentation, and implementation of engineering tools, processes, and standards.
* Support training on processes and tools, and assist in integrating engineering designs.
* Maintain templates for specifications, reports, presentations, etc.
* Assist in managing user access roles and creating tip sheets.
* Support configuration management, coordinate changes, and assess compliance.
* Develop and distribute engineering documents, reports, and correspondence.
* Collect, analyze, and validate engineering performance metrics to support organizational needs.
* Assist in supplier data management to verify requirements and assess compliance.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite at one of the listed locations. Travel up to 10% may be required domestically or internationally based on business needs.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
* 13+ years of experience working across engineering disciplines, coordinating multiple programs.
* Experience with data analysis.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
Additional Information
Boeing is a Drug-Free Workplace. The total rewards package includes competitive pay, benefits, and other employee programs. The salary range is $119,850 - $162,150. Applications are accepted until May 8, 2025.
