The Role


We’re looking for a Senior Creative Copywriter to help lead the voice of the agency.


Someone who can write lines that stop you, build narratives that move you and shape campaigns designed to earn attention, not buy it.


You’ll be as comfortable crafting sharp, social-first copy as you are building big platform thinking, bringing earned creativity and cultural relevance into healthcare in a way that feels genuinely category-shaping.


This is a senior role: you’ll help raise the bar for copy craft across the agency, mentoring others and setting the standard for how ideas should sound in the world, working closely with our Creative Manager and Creative Director.


What You’ll Do


* Write conceptual, earned-first campaign ideas built to spark conversation and travel naturally through culture.
* Craft snappy, memorable lines - headlines, scripts, manifestos, social copy, naming and brand voice.
* Turn complex health and science into emotionally resonant, human storytelling.
* Build narrative systems that can stretch across earned media, influencer ecosystems, PR moments and brand platforms.
* Partner closely with creative, strategy and design teams to shape bold, contemporary work.
* Lead copy craft across the department, mentoring writers, elevating standards, pushing ambition.
* Bring curiosity and cultural intelligence into healthcare storytelling.
* Explore AI-enabled writing tools responsibly, in service of better creativity and craft.


What You Bring


* Significant experience as a conceptual copywriter, with a portfolio of culturally led creative work.
* Healthcare experience but with the ambition to make work that feels modern, meaningful and creatively brave.
* A sharp instinct for language: you can write the headline, the narrative, the script and the social line.
* Confidence shaping ideas.
* Strong understanding of how stories travel, how culture picks things up, how PR earns attention.
* Leadership energy: you raise the bar, bring others with you, and help shape the agency’s creative voice.
* High standards, great taste, and an obsession with craft.
