What The Role Offers
* Own and deliver compelling sales collateral, partner kits, and customer-facing assets
* Translate complex technical content into clear, outcomes-based value messaging
* Promote customer advocacy through case studies and event participation, maximizing customer awareness
* Manage the digital engagement program, promoting interests via web and social channels
* Own content production timelines and governance, maintaining asset libraries and currency
* Manage and promote our customer storytelling and advocacy program
What You Need To Succeed
* 2+ years in content creation, copywriting, or marketing design roles
* Proven ability to create compelling, outcome-driven content across formats
* Strong understanding of brand guidelines and messaging principles
* Proficiency in design software and content management systems
* Experience with A/B testing and data-driven content optimization
* Familiarity with the OpenText portfolio is an advantage
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
