We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Shore Excursions Operations Coordinator to join our Commercial and Product Team at our Head Office in Ipswich. In this role, you’ll play a key part in the day-to-day delivery and performance of our shore excursions programme. You’ll focus on coordinating operations, supporting smooth execution, and helping to create a positive guest experience. From ensuring tours run efficiently to aligning with demand, capacity, and service standards, you’ll help keep everything running seamlessly.

Working closely with internal teams, shipboard colleagues, and external tour providers, you will play a key role in ensuring excursions run smoothly, meet guest demand, and deliver strong commercial results.
Key responsibilities include:
Operations and coordination
1. Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of shore excursions with suppliers and shipboard teams
2. Manage schedules, logistics, and operational requirements
3. Prepare and validate tour manifests, managing changes, cancellations, and reallocations
4. Support contingency planning and resolve operational issues
Commercial performance and planning
5. Monitor bookings, demand, and tour availability
6. Optimise capacity, minimise waitlists, and support pricing strategies
7. Maintain accurate tour setup across systems
8. Support sales campaigns and onboard revenue performance
Guest experience and continuous improvement
9. Support targeted communications and promotional activity to drive bookings
10. Provide insights and updates to onboard teams
11. Analyse performance data and guest feedback to identify improvements
We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, great attention to detail, and clear, confident communication. A collaborative approach is important, as you’ll be working closely with others. With a focus on revenue support, an interest in data and commercial awareness will be valuable. Full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed in the role.
This is a permanent Full-Time position based at our Head Office (Fred Olsen House, White House Road, Ipswich, IP1 5LL) Working 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday 9am-5pm) Offering a hybrid work pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
