About you

4. Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or Patient Care Advisor – we also welcome applications from those with sales experience gained in a customer-facing environment
5. A caring and empathetic approach, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
6. A team player who thrives on delivering exceptional patient care and service
