Electrical Engineer
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (40-hour week)
Salary: Up to £44,000 (DOE) + Overtime
The Role
We are recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to join a small on-site team of four engineers, this is a modern, technology-driven building, so we are looking for someone technically strong and confident working with up-to-date systems and smart building technology.

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance.

Fault finding and repair across building services systems.
*
Supporting the operation and maintenance of modern building management and smart systems.
*
Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and statutory requirements.
*
Liaising with the client and maintaining a professional, service-focused approach.
*
Working collaboratively within a small, close-knit engineering team.
Candidate Requirements
*
Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 Electrical qualification (essential).
*
Experience in commercial building services maintenance.
*
Strong fault-finding ability and confidence working on modern electrical systems.
*
Comfortable working in a technology-led environment.
*
Open to multi-skilled engineers or fabric engineers with electrical qualifications (minimum Level 2/3 required).
*
Positive attitude and willingness to develop further.
