Creative Youth Worker Role
Are you passionate about supporting young people and making a positive impact? We are looking for a Creative Youth Worker to join our team.
This role involves supporting young people who display challenging behaviours due to their backgrounds or previous experiences. You will need to understand the challenges these young people face and approach them in a non-judgemental manner.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Creating opportunities for young people to develop positive behaviours and social skills.
2. Establishing positive, professional relationships and being a good role model.
3. Ensuring the safety and security of students, along with maintaining routines and expectations.
4. Bringing creativity and initiative to inspire and encourage positivity.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should have experience working with young people outside of an education setting, along with the appropriate qualifications and training. All applicants will require a valid enhanced DBS check and must subscribe to the DBS Update Service.

Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 15:30. Flexible roles are available.
