We are looking to recruit three 'Trainers - Commercial/Domestic Electrician Apprenticeship', to support our growing Electrical Apprenticeship programme. The Trainer - Commercial/Domestic Electrician will: Pass on their up to date vocational knowledge and expertise to apprentices in classroom, workshop and site settings, so that apprentices develop the best technical, employability, life and learning skills. Promote and discuss additional training, qualifications, and courses with employers to be included in their apprentice's training plan to improve their contribution to the workplace. Use industry experience to develop and support our apprenticeship students' educational journey. Working 37 hours per week / 52 weeks per year the successful candidates will be based at our Aylesbury Campus and travel around Buckinghamshire and neighbouring counties to support our apprentices to meet employers, assess apprentices' skills and support them to reach their full potential. After completion you can choose to move be onto our Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training qualification. This is a great way for experienced professionals to achieve a recognised teaching qualification whilst in employment.
