Role Summary:
This is an opportunity for a driven Corporate Solicitor to take the next step in their career by joining a dynamic and growing department. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a varied Corporate caseload: gain exposure to exciting and complex client matters
* Work on share/business acquisitions, disposals, restructures, and governance: develop breadth and depth in transactional work
* Lead and support on deals as appropriate: build confidence through supported autonomy
* Develop client relationships and attend networking events: actively contribute to business development
* Collaborate across departments and offices: benefit from a strong team ethos and shared success
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
* 2–4 years PQE in Corporate law
* Experience in share/business sales, restructures, governance, and joint ventures
* Strong drafting skills and clear client communication
* Full UK driving licence and own transport
