We Brand It is a well established promotional products business based in Bracknell.
We are looking for the right candidate for a 1 year contract to cover maternity leave, with a mix of accounts and order management.

Accounts Assistant
* Manage both customer and supplier invoicing and payment reconciliation
* Regular bank reconciliations in Xero
* Monthly reconciliations of the payables/receivable's ledger
* Assisting with preparing the quarterly VAT returns
* Monitoring calls and emails, responding in a timely manner
* Regular monitoring of the bank, informing the sales team of deposit payments received
* Credit control of our on-account customers
* Monthly statement reconciliations of both suppliers and customers
* Processing refunds where necessary
* Timely payment of Pro-Forma invoices
Order Manager
* Provide holiday cover for the order manager
* Assist with the handling/packaging of goods received to prepare them for dispatch
* Assist the order manager with day-to-day ad hoc duties depending on workload. These can include
o Monitoring phones/e-mails
o Order acknowledgement/artwork approvals
o Distribution of tracking details once received from our suppliers
Skills
* Ability to manage your own time with minimal supervision
* Good IT skills, we are mostly paperless
* Comfortable with occasional lone working
* Ability to work in a small team
* Good organizational skills
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Good attention to detail
* Experience with Xero, a bonus but not a necessity
