Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)?
We are seeking dedicated SEND Learning Support Assistants to work across a variety of schools and settings, making a real difference in the lives of young learners.
What You’ll Do:
1. Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEND, including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and other learning differences.
2. Assist teachers in adapting lessons and resources to meet individual needs.
3. Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
4. Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
What We’re Looking For:
5. Experience supporting children with SEND (school-based or similar setting).
6. A caring, patient, and resilient approach.
7. Strongmunication and teamwork skills.
8. Relevant qualifications (, Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant) are desirable but not essential.
