About the role: This position focuses on delivering exceptional service to key accounts, proactively achieving operational excellence, and creating outstanding customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Processing, planning, and delivering orders for major and national accounts, both within the UK and directly from Supply Units.
2. Managing customer queries via email and telephone regarding stock, delivery, pricing, and product specifications.
3. Serving as the primary contact for selected accounts and maintaining key relationships.
4. Utilizing SAP and other systems for order processing and logistics planning.
5. Monitoring delivery performance and implementing improvements.
6. Ensuring accurate documentation and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Adhering to SLAs and KPIs to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications:
* Excellent customer service skills with an understanding of supply chain processes.
* Educational requirement: A-levels or High School Diploma.
* Proficiency in SAP and intermediate MS Office skills.
* Strong communication and numerical skills.
