Seeking an HR Business Partner for a global organisation undergoing significant transformation across its Commercial/Marketing or Product/Tech business functions. They're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who can assimilate at pace and provide hands-on support through a period of complex change.
This is a true generalist HRBP role with a strong focus on business-as-usual HR delivery alongside heavy change activity. You'll be working closely with existing HRBPs to manage a range of people challenges and transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day HR support to managers across your business area.
* Lead and support on change management, including TUPE, redundancy, and restructures.
* Advise on employee relations cases, performance management, and policy application.
* Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of transformation plans.
* Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to ensure consistency and compliance.
* Support the embedding of new structures, processes, and ways of working.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, complex global environment.
* Strong background in managing change and transformation.
* Solid understanding of employment law and ER case management.
* Experience supporting organisations with TUPE and restructures.
* Comfortable working autonomously and at pace in a matrixed organisation.
* Pragmatic, delivery-focused, and confident working with ambiguity.
