Salary- base of up to £45,000 plus 6-7k Tronc
Hours- 45 hours per week
Overall aim of the role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of the very busy restaurant and bar. This role is central to delivering exceptional service while ensuring smooth operations, strong team leadership, and consistently high standards.
You will take ownership of the overall dining experience, support the development of the front of house team, and work closely with the kitchen and senior management to create a welcoming and high-quality food and beverage environment.

You will:
Oversee day-to-day restaurant and bar operations, including opening and closing procedures
Ensure excellent communication between front of house and kitchen teams
Deliver and maintain outstanding guest service and a welcoming atmosphere
Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues quickly and effectively
Support menu planning and development alongside the kitchen team
Work with the marketing team to promote food and beverage offerings
Manage staff scheduling to ensure effective coverage and smooth service
Key responsibilities of this role will include, but are not limited to:
Leading, motivating and developing the restaurant team to deliver excellent service
Recruiting, training and supporting staff development
Conducting performance reviews and ongoing coaching
Creating a positive and professional team culture
Maintaining high standards of food presentation, service and cleanliness
Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations
Managing operational processes and maintaining required documentation
Supporting the commercial performance and profitability of the department
Who youll be
At least 3 years restaurant management experience, in premium hospitality environments and with high volume experience
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team of 60 plus
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
Experience using POS systems and restaurant management tools
