DUTIES
Your duties as the Building Surveyor / Residential Property Surveyor include:
* Conducting Residential Surveys: Completing pre-acquisition surveys to a high professional standard
* Report Production: Producing clear, accurate, and well-structured reports using iPad-based systems
* Time Management: Managing inspections efficiently while maintaining consistent quality
* Client Communication: Delivering professional and clear communication with clients and stakeholders
* Performance Targets: Meeting agreed targets with rewards linked to quality and performance
* Process Improvement: Engaging with continuous improvements to systems and processes
* Team Collaboration: Participating in team meetings, shared learning, and CPD activities
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL
* Residential surveying experience
* RICS, CABE, or MCIOB qualification
* Degree in surveying or building pathology
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Competence using surveying equipment and iPad-based reporting systems
* Full UK driving licence
* Right to work in the UK
