Responsibilities
* This role helps drive a programme of change that supports Aviva’s technology and business strategies.
* Early project thinking will be shaped by your insight, with careful assessment of new initiatives.
* Business needs will be clarified through close collaboration with stakeholders.
* You’ll be part of a team delivering customer-focused digital and data solutions across Aviva.
* Every decision you influence will help ensure customer needs are met and outcomes improve.
Skills and experience
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on data
* Knowledge of data, digital and marketing technologies.
* Ability to communicate well with stakeholders and support change.
* Understanding of change management processes and openness to new ways of working.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and drive requirements to delivery.
Nice to have
* Experience in large digital or data-led transformation.
* Familiarity with agile ways of working.
