Lead Quantity Surveyor Refurbishment & Decarbonisation (Social Housing)
Location: NW England (with travel to sites as required)

The Opportunity
We are recruiting a Lead Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in delivering large-scale refurbishment, retrofit and decarbonisation programmes across the social housing sector.


This is a senior, hands-on commercial role for someone who understands the realities of live housing environments, compliance-led delivery and the pressures that come with programmes operating at pace.


You will take ownership of commercial performance across multiple projects, working closely with operational teams to ensure cost control, governance and delivery discipline are maintained from mobilisation through to final account.



What Youll Be Doing
1. Leading commercial management across refurbishment, planned works and decarbonisation contracts
2. Taking full responsibility for cost planning, forecasting, CVRs and financial reporting
