£30,000 Basic + Commission (OTE £45,000+)
40 per week (Opening Hours: Monday - Friday 10am - 8pm, Saturday 10am - 6pm and Sunday 11am - 5pm)

The Role
As a Sales Consultant, you’re not just selling—you’re creating an experience.
You’ll bring the brand to life on the showroom floor, turning furniture shopping into something effortless, inspiring, and memorable. You’ll connect with customers, understand their style, and help them create a home that reflects who they are.
This is a hands-on, high-energy role where personality, creativity, and commercial performance come together.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be instrumental in shaping a showroom experience that feels more like a destination than a store. Every interaction starts with you - welcoming customers with confidence, energy, and authenticity, and guiding them through a seamless, style-led journey that feels effortless and inspiring.
Rather than simply selling, you’ll curate. Through genuine, consultative conversations, you’ll uncover how customers want their space to feel, translating that into considered, design-led furniture choices that reflect their lifestyle. You’ll take full ownership of the journey from first connection through to completion, ensuring every detail feels smooth, elevated, and on-brand.
Commercially, you’ll bring a sharp, intuitive mindset - naturally identifying opportunities to enhance each interaction, maximise value, and consistently deliver strong personal and team performance.
Alongside this, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a showroom that is visually striking and culturally relevant. From supporting visual merchandising to contributing to in-store activations, you’ll help ensure the space always feels fresh, aspirational, and somewhere customers genuinely want to spend time.

You may come from retail, fashion, interiors, or a consultative sales background, but what truly sets you apart is your eye for style and your ability to turn conversations into meaningful customer experiences. You’re commercially aware, self-driven, and motivated to succeed, while also valuing being part of a close-knit, high-performing team.
You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, particularly during peak trading times and weekends, and you’re happy to roll your sleeves up and get involved wherever needed.
