🚀 Interim Opportunity: HR Governance & Compliance Specialist

We’re partnering with a global organisation to appoint an experienced HR Governance & Compliance Specialist on an interim basis, joining their Group HR / People Operations function.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in strengthening governance, ensuring audit readiness, and embedding consistent, compliant HR processes across a complex environment.
🔍 The Role
Working closely with a Process Design Lead, you will focus on embedding governance frameworks, improving control environments, and ensuring HR processes are aligned, documented, and audit-ready.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
* Embed governance frameworks across the HR / People function
* Ensure HR processes are documented, consistent, and audit-ready
* Track implementation progress and remediation actions
* Support compliance monitoring and reporting
* Maintain audit evidence and documentation
* Support risk identification and mitigation activities
* Contribute to governance dashboards and reporting
* Collaborate with transformation and process design teams
* Ensure alignment with internal policy, regulatory standards, and best practice
✅ What We’re Looking For
* Experience within HR / People Operations
* Exposure to governance, compliance, audit, or risk within HR
* Experience supporting audit readiness or control environments
* Strong understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle
* Ability to track and report on compliance activity
* Experience in transformation or process improvement environments
* Confident stakeholder engagement skills

* Group HR or shared services environment experience
* Exposure to regulated industries
* Experience with HRIS, Excel, or Power BI
* Background in HR transformation or process redesign

* Strong communicator, able to work across multiple stakeholders
