About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior .NET Developer to be a core part of one of our cross-functional teams. Each team owns a series of platforms, from development and infrastructure to ongoing support. You’ll be key in delivering features, enhancements, and tech updates, including recent updates to .NET Core. Our teams maintain their own pipelines and infrastructure using IaC best practices.
You’ll work in an agile environment, supporting and mentoring your team in design, development, and technical decision-making, collaborating with Product Owners, developers, and external stakeholders to achieve goals.
Responsibilities include:
* Building .NET Core applications
* Migrating legacy applications to .NET Core (experience with Ruby and/or VB is a plus but not required)
* Developing service-driven architecture
* Working with .NET Core, APIs, MySQL
* Building and deploying to Azure
* Maintaining secure and resilient Azure infrastructure
* Writing clean, maintainable, and secure code
* Promoting high coding standards within the team
* Supporting team development and progress
* Collaborating with business stakeholders
* Working with UI developers to deliver complete solutions
* Driving technical advancements from inception to production
* Delivering in a CI/CD environment
* Designing and interacting with RESTful APIs and data stores
About You
* Proven experience with web-based .NET solutions
* Experience with Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps
* Familiarity with agile methodologies
* Experience with cloud development
* Knowledge of CI and automation tools
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
* Ability to work independently
* Preferred knowledge of Azure PaaS services
* Experience with modern frontend technologies (React/Vue) is a plus
* Experience with TDD is desirable
