We're on the lookout for a Paid Media Executive with experience running campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and LinkedIn.
You'll also have a creative eye for crafting ad content, helping us craft compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that convert. Ideal for someone looking to build on their paid media skills in a collaborative and fast-paced agency.
Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta platforms
-Develop and create engaging ad content (copy, images, video) tailored to each channel and audience
-Monitor performance, analyse data, and deliver regular reports with insights and recommendations
-Run A/B tests to improve campaign performance and ROI
-Collaborate with our wider team to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment for our brand and our clients.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest platform updates and industry trends
Knowledgeable on email marketing and willing to develop confidence to create and manage email campaigns
About You:
-At least 1.5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns
-Confident with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
-Strong understanding of targeting, bidding strategies, and performance metrics
-Comfortable writing engaging ad copy and collaborating on visual content
-Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
-Excellent communication and project management skills
