Wholesale/Wealth Proposition Consultant/Specialist, Global Asset Manager, London
Our client, a global asset management firm, is looking for a proposition consultant/specialist to work as part of their wider distribution and wealth function. In this role, you will shape and drive the value proposition for wealth management and distribution partners. This strategic position involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and business development teams to enhance client relationships, conduct wealth/wholesale market analysis, and support the company's global growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
1. Create and deliver targeted pitches to showcase the firm's capabilities across different market segments.
2. Develop compelling messaging to communicate the value proposition of working with the company, including successful business cases and partnership examples.
3. Gain a deep understanding of the firm's wealth management and distribution partners.
4. Support sales and client solutions teams in identifying suitable products and approaches tailored to the needs of wealth clients.
5. Assist senior leadership by preparing strategic presentations for executive meetings.
6. Lead proposition development for key business opportunities and client visits.
7. Conduct market research projects and client insight initiatives.
8. Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, product development, research, and investment specialists to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
Requirements
1. At least 5 years of experience in a role focused on the Asset / Wealth management industry.
2. Strong understanding of market developments in wealth management and distribution.
3. Highly commercial, proactive, with strong business acumen and the ability to engage with senior leadership.
4. Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
