The Role: The Creative Artworker is responsible for creating accurate print-ready artworks for marketing collateral and own brand packaging. As a key member of the design team, you are responsible for landing seasonal campaigns for the windows and instore POS and maintaining brand identity and consistency throughout all artworks; attention to detail is key. This will involve managing the entire art working process and to ensure all print deadlines are met. These covers creating laydowns for all key stakeholders for sign off, managing any changes and liaising with relevant teams on any additional information needed to complete all artworks. Work closely with the design team to ensure all artworks created are true and consistent with the original designs & seasonal toolkits. Work closely with the POS manager on delivering print ready files for campaign launches but also for BAU POS briefs. Work closely with the Design & POS manager on any POS creatives that need to be redesigned for BAU print work. Work closely with the Production team on any specific requests for retouched imagery. Create print ready files for inhouse packaging. Occasionally work on digital art working briefs & creatives. Be reactive and flexible on a daily basis to adjust for conflicting workloads and priorities. Support the Creative Design Manager in the maintenance of the server and its assets. Who you are: Minimum level of education or qualifications 3 years Print Art working industry experience, preferably within fashion. Essential skills/knowledge Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat & Photoshop. Proficiency in the Office based programmes. An understanding of print would be advantageous Clear understanding of seasonal brand handwriting, tone of voice and style guide and applying it to all seasonal artworks. Great organisational skills. Good Communication and confident to show initiative. Being proactive to chase any information you need from wider teams in order to meet deadlines. Good time management and can work with pace. Ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines. Delivering accurate and high-quality print ready artworks. Taking ownership of your own workload to meet print deadlines, even when there are several deadlines that cross over. Communicating with the relevant departments to ensure all deadlines are met & key stakeholders have signed off any artworks. Be a key member of the design team and actively look for design inspiration.
