What You’ll Do:
* Coach and empower team members to exceed sales goals.
* Provide exceptional customer experiences.
* Support all store operations.
* Participate in hiring and training programs.
* Ensure compliance with visual presentation and store standards.
* Support employee performance management.
What You’ll Bring:
* Retail or service management experience.
* Proven ability to drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Merchandising experience.
* Organizational skills.
* Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
