A GBP 13.68/hr : A GBP 16.05/hr + 20 shift allowance (equivalent to A GBP 32,017 : A GBP 37,560) + (Team Leader allowance A GBP 3,060 per annum)
Double Days : Mon:Fri 5.30am : 1.30pm, Mon:Thu 2.00pm : 10.30pm Fri 2pm:8pm

Job Description
* This is a hands:on role; however, you will be supporting the team with your knowledge and high:level skill set should build issues arise. You will become the go to person to resolve problems prior to Supervisory escalation.
* Support the weekly production plan (achievement and recovery plan)
* Responsible for assigning staff on and off job against the production plan
* Ensure staff are on the job, engaged and achieving standard times
* Improve standard times and reduce waste in the process
* Ensure quality gateways are complete to the highest standard
* Provide on the job training
