We're looking for a proactive and tech-savvy individual to join our Customer Support Centre (CSC) as a Change & Technology Co-Ordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to support the transformation of the CSC at Boots. You'll help implement and improve key technology tools such as Salesforce, telephony systems, and Microsoft applications. You'll also play a key role in Project Ascend, where you'll gain deeper knowledge of Sprinklr and help modernise how we support customers and colleagues through smarter, more connected systems. Reporting to a Change & Technology Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for technology queries within the CSC. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive innovation, resolve technical issues, and support the CSC's transformation journey. Key responsibilities Manage and continuously improve the CSC's technology systems and tools Ensure all CSC colleagues have the right equipment to work effectively Maintain equipment stock, ensuring devices are pre-configured and ready for use Act as the first point of contact for technology-related issues, escalating to IT or third-party providers when needed Support occasional out-of-hours testing for system upgrades Extract and convert data from various platforms to identify improvement opportunities Keep store management information up to date within the Salesforce CRM Support internal change initiatives by maintaining high-quality documentation What you'll need to have Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, user-friendly language Comfortable working with data to support improvements and decision-making Good communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively A proactive and adaptable mindset, with a passion for learning and continuous improvement It would be great if you also have Experience supporting or implementing technology or change initiatives Familiarity with technology used within the CSC Our benefits Boots Retirement Savings Plan Discretionary annual bonus Generous employee discounts Enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption leave pay and gift card for anyone expecting or adopting a child Flexible benefits scheme including option to buy additional holiday, discounted gym membership, life assurance, activity passes and much more.
