Our client is growing and needs a proactive Talent Acquisition Advisor to manage end-to-end recruitment and mentor a junior team member. You’ll source top talent, build strong pipelines, and ensure a smooth, engaging candidate experience.
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:
* Sourcing candidates via adverts, social media, networking, and referrals.
* Writing compelling job ads and promote employee benefits.
* Managing talent pools, shortlist, arrange interviews, and give feedback.
* Negotiating offers and overseeing onboarding.
* Partnering with hiring managers, advising on selection methods and process.
