You will provide vital administrative support to our conveyancing solicitors and help ensure smooth property transactions from start to finish.Key Responsibilities:Managing and organising client files, both physical and digitalLiaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in property transactionsPreparing and sending correspondence and legal documentationMaintaining accurate records and updating case management systemsScheduling appointments and meetingsAssisting the conveyancing team with day-to-day administrative tasksRequirements:Previous experience in a legal or conveyancing environment is preferred, but not essentialExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressureProficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with case management systems is a plusFriendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
