Senior Management Accountant
Location: Poole (Onsite, Monday-Friday)
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000

The Role
As the group continues to expand, we are looking to appoint a Senior Management Accountant to take ownership of day‑to‑day finance operations across multiple entities.
This role will be central to producing management accounts, strengthening financial processes, and providing commercial insight to support decision-making at group level.
This position would suit a hands‑on accountant who enjoys working within a growing SME, where systems and processes are evolving, and where you can genuinely influence how the finance function develops.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of monthly management accounts for multiple group entities
* Production of consolidated group management accounts and reporting packs
* Cashflow forecasting and financial reporting across the group
* Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
* Managing, supporting, and mentoring a small finance team
* Reviewing transactional finance activity including purchase and sales ledger
* Completing balance sheet reconciliations across all entities
* Supporting systems implementations and finance process improvements
* Assisting with year-end processes and liaising with external accountants
* Supporting new entity set-ups and group reporting requirements
* Improving financial controls, processes, and reporting standards
