Liaising with clients on the phone, providing excellent customer service. Extensive diary management, scheduling appointments. Taking and processing payments. Assisting with the social media and marketing of the practice. Help maintain a clean and organised environment. Person Specification: Similar experience in a similar role. Professional and well-presented. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Good telephone manner. Strong customer service skills. Organised with a high attention to detail. Schedule: Monday 8:30am - 5:30pm Tuesday 8am - 1pm Wednesday 9am - 5:30pm Thursday 8:45am - 4:30pm Friday 8:30am - 3pm Refer a friend and earn £100!
