Role Overview We are seeking compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Workers to join our growing team in Oldham. The successful candidate will provide personal and practical care to service users in their own homes, supporting them to live independently and safely within the community. This role involves travelling between service users homes, so access to your own vehicle is essential. Key Responsibilities Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, grooming) Assisting with medication administration in line with care plans Supporting with meal preparation and nutrition Light household duties (cleaning, laundry, shopping) Supporting service users with appointments and social activities Monitoring and reporting changes in health or wellbeing Maintaining accurate care records and documentation Promoting dignity, respect, and safeguarding at all times Essential Requirements Previous experience in domiciliary care Own vehicle and valid UK driving licence (business insurance required) Right to work in the UK Up-to-date Enhanced DBS certificate with no convictions Good communication skills (written and verbal English) Reliable, punctual, and compassionate nature Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desirable Experience NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) Experience providing Personal care Medication administration training Moving and handling training What We Offer Competitive pay rates Flexible working patterns Ongoing training and professional development Supportive management team Opportunities for career progression How to Apply: If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and meet the above criteria, we would love to hear from you.
