This is a delivery-focused engineering role within a fast-paced MSP environment, responsible for implementing technical change across a diverse customer base.
You’ll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery from initial validation through to deployment and handover, working across infrastructure, cloud, networking, and security. The role requires a strong balance of hands-on technical capability and structured project execution.
You’ll operate as the technical lead on projects, ensuring solutions are delivered to a high standard, on time, and with minimal disruption to customers.
What You’ll be doing
* Delivering end-to-end infrastructure, cloud, networking, and telecoms projects
* Implementing and configuring Microsoft 365, Azure, servers, networks, and end-user environments
* Leading migrations, upgrades, and new deployments across customer estates
* Conducting pre-deployment validation, risk assessments, and readiness checks
* Supporting project planning alongside Project Managers to meet timelines and scope
* Acting as the technical lead during customer engagements and project delivery
* Completing on-site work including audits, onboarding, and complex installations
* Producing clear documentation including implementation plans, configurations, and handovers
* Supporting go-lives, cutovers, and occasional out-of-hours project work
* Ensuring solutions meet security best practices and compliance standards
What were looking for:
* Relevant certifications (MD-102 or MS-102)
* MSP experience
* Strong Microsoft stack experience (Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, identity, and security)
* Experience delivering migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure deployments
* Comfortable working directly with customers and leading technical discussions
