Branch Administrator-Cambridge-£Competitive
We are currently seeking a Branch Administrator on behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Cambridge! This is a pivotal role focused on supporting the Branch Manager and other departments where required.
Salary: £Competitive
Hours: 08:00am-17:00pm Monday-Friday
Holiday: 24 days + Bank Holidays
Job responsibility:
Answer any incoming calls, providing first class customer service and transferring to the correct department.
Provide diary management support to Branch Manager.
Assist other internal departments with administration duties where required.
Act with discretion when dealing with matters of a confidential nature.
First class keyboard and PC skills.
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft office to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.What are we looking for?
