Description
Prepare and clean surfaces prior to painting or decorating.
Apply paint, wallpaper, or other finishes to walls and surfaces.
Ensure all work meets the required quality standards.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
Carry out touch-ups and repairs as needed.
Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.Profile
A successful Painter & Decorator should have:
Proven experience in painting and decorating within property or facilities management.
Strong knowledge of various painting techniques and materials.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Understanding of health and safety protocols in the workplace.Job Offer
